Do you have a question about your holiday at Domaine de Senaud? To help you prepare for your stay, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and provided the most appropriate answers.
When is the campsite open?
The campsite is open from 1 May to 20 September 2026.
(Excluding wedding groups)
What time can I arrive?
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Outside these hours, reception is closed.
What time can I leave?
Accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am.
You can then enjoy the campsite until noon, leaving your vehicle in the reception car park.
Pitches must be vacated by noon.
Can I leave early/come back late?
The gate remains open, so you can come and go as you please.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
What are the swimming pool opening hours?
The swimming pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Is the swimming pool heated?
No, the swimming pool is not heated.
Is the swimming pool accessible to visitors and outsiders?
No, the swimming pool is strictly reserved for campers.
Do you offer a bread/pastry service?
Yes, we offer a bread and pastry service during the campsite’s high season, available to order the day before.
The bread and pastries are made by our baker-pastry chef in Albon.
Do you offer breakfast?
From 3 July to 29 August, we offer either:
- A breakfast menu served from 8:00 to 10:00 at the Paillote bar for €9 per person.
Breakfasts must be ordered the day before before 8:00 p.m.
When is the bar open?
Cocktail bar open until 10:30 p.m.
When is the restaurant open?
From 12:00 to 14:00: light refreshments (open to all). From 14:00 to 18:00: pancakes, ice cream, cold drinks. From 18:00 to 21:00: La Paillote restaurant.
Are dogs permitted in the accommodation?
Dogs are only accepted in certain accommodations for an additional charge of €5/night. Maximum of 2 dogs.
Are bed linen and towels included in our accommodation?
Sheets and towels are not included in the accommodation (except hotel cabins).
You can bring your own or hire them at a rate of €12/double bed, €8/single bed and €3/bath towel.
Our sheets are made of cotton.
If you forgot to tick the sheets option when making your booking, you can hire them when you arrive at reception.
What are the dimensions of the beds?

There will be more of us than expected in our accommodation. Is that possible?
This is only possible if you do not exceed the maximum number allowed. A baby counts as one person.
Additional guests must be reported upon arrival in order to be registered and pay the tourist tax if they are adults.
May I have a barbecue?
Charcoal barbecues are only permitted in our secure communal area.
Please remember to bring your own charcoal and to clean the barbecue after use.
Charcoal, gas and electric barbecues are not permitted on pitches/in accommodation.
