Frequently asked questions Domaine de Senaud

Do you have a question about your holiday at Domaine de Senaud? To help you prepare for your stay, we’ve listed the most frequently asked questions so that we can provide you with the most appropriate answer.

When is the campsite open?

The campsite is open from 1 May to 31 August 2025.

What time can I arrive?

Arrivals are between 3pm and 8pm.

Outside these times, reception is closed.

What time can I leave?

Accommodation must be returned by 10.00 am.

You can then enjoy the campsite until midday by leaving your vehicle in the reception car park.

Pitches must be vacated by midday.

Can I leave early/return late?

The gate remains open, so you can move around freely.

Silence must be maintained between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

What are the pool opening times?

The swimming pool is open from 10am to 7pm.

 

Is the pool heated?

No, the pool is not heated.

Is the pool accessible to visitors and outsiders?

No, the swimming pool is strictly reserved for campers.

Do you offer a bread and pastry service?

Yes, we offer a bread and pastries service during the campsite’s high season and on order the day before.

The bread and pastries are produced by our baker in Albon.

Do you offer breakfast?

From 5 July to 26 August, we offer either :

a breakfast option served from 8am to 9.30am in the Paillote bar for €9/person
a breakfast basket delivered directly to your accommodation for €11/person (for 2 people or more).

Breakfasts must be ordered before 8pm the previous evening.

 

When is the bar open?

The Paillote bar is open from 5 July to 26 August from 8am to 10am and from 4pm to 10pm.

When is the restaurant open?

Our restaurant is open from 5 July to 26 August from 6pm to 9pm.

Are dogs allowed in the accommodation?

Dogs are only allowed in certain accommodation for a supplement of €5/night. 2 dogs maximum.

Are sheets and towels included in our accommodation?

Sheets and towels are not included in the accommodation (except in the hotel cabins).

You can bring them with you or hire them for €12/double bed, €8/single bed and €3/bath sheet.

Our sheets are cotton.

If you forgot to tick the sheets option when you made your booking, you can hire them on arrival at reception.

What are the dimensions of the beds?
How is my accommodation equipped?

You can find all this information by clicking on “Inventory” for your accommodation.

There will be more of us than expected in our accommodation, is this possible?

This is only possible if you do not exceed the maximum number authorised. A baby counts as one person.

Additional persons must be notified on arrival in order to be registered and pay the tourist tax if they are over 18.

Can I have a barbecue?

Charcoal barbecues are only allowed in our secure communal area.

Remember to bring your charcoal and leave the barbecue clean after use.

Charcoal, gas and electric barbecues are not permitted on pitches/accommodation.
